The boys are doing a brilliant job and I have been hugely impressed by their attitude and professionalism. 

They are polite, considerate, hard working, tidy, friendly, appreciative and fun. Even after the horrible job of removing the dusty cob in the heat, they have cleaned and tidied before leaving each day. They are a real credit to your company. 

I am very pleased to hear that you have seen photos of the chimney.  I was so excited to see the smoke come out when Jack lit the fire for testing. We never used the old chimney so it was a first! It was carefully covered up Jack and Darren before they left because of the rain but we can’t wait to take the covers off and for the scaffolding to come down so that we can see it in full.  The Jetmaster looks so smart in the sitting room and we are grateful for the very limited impact the work had on the room.

The whole team that worked on the chimney have been fantastic but we would like to highlight Jack and Darren in particular. Please thank them very much from us. They have worked diligently throughout the job and have been careful to keep us appraised of their progress. They answered our questions with patience and were thorough in their responses.  They have been an absolute pleasure to have around.  We have promised to send a photo of the chimney once the thatch has been finished and the scaffolding is down.

I just wanted to say that we are so incredibly impressed with Martyn and Jack and can’t thank them enough.

Whilst recognising their feedback on the use of the flue, their commitment to solving our problem went way beyond what we have come to expect. They tried a multitude of tools to try to get to a satisfactory outcome.

As I say, a huge thanks and absolute legends In Martyn and Jack.

I would also like to thank Billings for the way in which the whole job has been carried out from the original site inspection to completion.  There has been no delay in execution and I have been kept informed, and helped with decision making, every step or the way. A model job process.

I was very impressed from the initial visit from Trev to the completion of the job.  Trev was very knowledgeable and informative on the process of which stove would be suitable and the work involved, and Chris and Ben who fitted the stove and lining worked very well together as a team.  No swearing or shoddy approach to their work and they fully answered all questions I threw at them, even showing me the damage done due to a chimney fire.  1st class customer service from the office too.  I would thoroughly recommend them and I feel confident that my house is now safe and ready for the colder times ahead.

Just a quick word of thanks for the fireplace. As you are aware, it was becoming a saga and it was proving very stressful for us. We had 2 Christmas lunches today and this was our first test for this season, so it was imperative that we had the bar fully functioning. Your men were aware of the time constraints and resolved to meet them. As a result, they worked all night and when we came down at 07.00am, the job was done and they had cleaned up!

The new chimney sits very well on the house, my thanks to Tony, Trev and Russell for their expertise in achieving this end.
