With renovations there is often some flexibility in the client requirement dependant on budget and also the structural possibilities. Billing Chimneys can offer up a set of costed options for your client from design to construction. With some installations we offer to construct the fireplace and set in place the new flue route up to say ground floor ceiling height for the main contractor to continue.

The tendering process.
We are pleased to be invited to offer estimates during the tendering process and will endeavour to meet your deadline. As with all estimates they can only be as good as the information received but we will always offer at least a budget price for the proposed work.
